About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Calder & Stone Developments Ltd, 12 Market Place, Hexham NE46 1XX. By using the site you accept them.
Information on this site
Images, plans and specifications are for guidance only. Homes are photographed or rendered to show the intended finish, and furniture is not included. Details may change as each home is built.
Prices and availability
Prices and plot availability are correct on the date shown and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer or forms part of a contract.
Reservations
A plot is only held once a reservation agreement is signed and the £5,000 deposit is received. The deposit holds the plot for six weeks and is set against the purchase price on completion.
Viewings
Viewings at the show home are by appointment. Please wear sensible footwear: the meadow is uneven and can be wet.
