Location
The development
Our first development, above a lake
Six homes on the lower slopes of a fell, facing west over the water. Sold before completion and lived in since 2021.
Fellside is where we learned how to build lightly: steel posts on ground screws, no concrete, and a dry-stone wall rebuilt by hand. A shared barn holds bikes, boots and a drying room.
